- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and similar events are forbidden.
- Deposit of 30% within the week after confirmation.
- Remaining amount to be paid 3 weeks before the rental date.
- Deposit: € 350 to be paid in advance together with the remaining amount and will be fully refunded within the week after the stay, less energy costs and tourist tax.
- Cancellation possible up to four weeks before the rental date. If not, a cancellation fee of € 200 will be charged.
